Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a non-profit organization in Beloit, Wisconsin. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, handling a steady volume of customer interactions, and ensuring requests are resolved accurately and professionally. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact for callers while also managing order-related tasks and maintaining a high standard of service.

Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming calls with professionalism, provide clear information, and address questions or concerns in a timely manner.
Assist customers with order entry activities, ensuring details are entered accurately and processed efficiently.
Deliver courteous support across call center interactions while maintaining a positive and service-focused approach.
Handle both inbound and outbound communication as needed to confirm information, follow up on requests, or resolve outstanding issues.
Document customer interactions and updates thoroughly to support accurate recordkeeping and service continuity.
Identify customer needs quickly and guide each interaction toward an effective and satisfactory resolution.
Work closely with team members and internal departments to ensure service requests and order-related matters are completed correctly.
