Customer Service Representative - Summer

Cedar Crest Ice Cream has an immediate opening for a seasonal Customer Service Representative in our Cedarburg, WI office. The person in this position can expect to work Monday - Thursday, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, through Labor Day in September. Working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, this position is responsible for processing incoming orders, contacting customers to determine product needs, working with sales reps and distribution to coordinate deliveries, understanding pricing and promotion programs, and coordinating orders for point-of-purchase materials. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience in a high-volume environment, familiarity with computer-based systems and basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and the ability to maintain a positive, can-do attitude when working with customers and company personnel.
