Service Advisor

Job Overview We are looking for a communicative and empathetic Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you serve as the vital liaison between our customers and our service technicians. Your primary mission is to take complex mechanical data from the shop and translate it into clear, understandable information for our guests, ensuring they feel informed and empowered throughout the repair process

Salary Range:

Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and terminology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers. Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS) and standard office software. A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Valid driver's license. Willing to train the right candidate Responsibilities Greet customers warmly upon arrival and actively listen to their vehicle concerns. Inspect vehicles with customers, clearly explaining recommended services and providing accurate estimates. Schedule service appointments and manage the flow of vehicles in the service bay. Communicate service needs and updates to customers throughout the repair process. Process repair orders accurately and ensure timely completion of services. Build strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and encouraging repeat business. Collaborate effectively with the service technicians and other team members.
