Job Description

Answer reservation calls and book guest rooms, spa, golf, dining and water sports. Answer phone in a courteous and professional manner. Answers all phone calls promptly. Record all mail, e-mail, and fax reservations received. Convey rates and package information to guests.
Enter and retrieve information re:
rooms, rates, billing, etc., on computer system. Assist guest with directions, reservations, outlet information, general information and any special requests. Handle incoming calls from transient guest's and groups for resort reservations. Assist the Front Desk in blocking of special requests as received. Utilize resort upsell strategies. Process group information and group rooming lists. Print labels, envelopes, etc. Process gift certificates. Performs other related duties as assigned by the Revenue Manager and/or Reservations Supervisor. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
