Description Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Elkhorn, WI. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in internal systems Provide timely updates on order status, shipping, and product availability Resolve customer concerns, complaints, or discrepancies with professionalism and urgency Collaborate with internal departments (sales, production, shipping, and accounting) to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Assist with billing questions, order adjustments, and returns as needed Support team initiatives to improve customer service processes and efficiency Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred 1-3 years of customer service or administrative experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel) Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Elkhorn, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
