Job Description

Love Games? Noble Knight is hiring for Full-time Customer Service Associate! Noble Knight Games has been selling new, used and out-of-print games since 1997 and helping gamers from around the world save money and find exactly what they need. We are a leader in the gaming industry and have been growing steadily over the years. We are located in a new 64,000 square foot facility in Fitchburg, WI. We are looking for self-motivated individuals to join our customer service team. Proposed schedule for this position is first shift Tuesday thru Saturday.
Ideal candidates will be:
Self-Motivated Experience with gaming Exposure to a wide variety of games and game types including: Board Games Miniatures Games Roleplaying Games CCGs Diversity of gaming knowledge is more beneficial than highly specialized knowledge of 1 or a few specific games. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Ability to search for answers when they are not readily available. Ability to solve problems and get acceptable solutions with general direction. Excellent Communications skills - both verbal and written Outgoing personality with ability to make customers comfortable. Computer savvy - excellent typing skills, excel, word and outlook experience and able to adapt quickly to new computer systems and processes. Trustworthy and comfortable working in a store-front and handling multiple tasks at a time. Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment Excellent attention to detail Ability to work well in a team AND individually. Position Details Answer customer service emails including handling customer issues, answering customer questions and item / inventory questions, entering orders in the POS system. Answer phone calls and handle customer orders / payment, questions and concerns. Answer snail mail and other customer service work. Provide excellent customer service and represent Noble Knight to the highest degree in all facets of customer communication - in-store, phone, email and written. Possibility of 1st or 2nd shift schedule, some weekend days are required.

Job Duties:
Answer incoming customer inquiries. Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies. Record customer information within our customer service database Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns. Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies. Other duties as requested. Thanks for your interest!
