Cycle Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries relative to new spare and/or change part requirements based on review of customer-supplied information working with internal resource departments to determine appropriate solutions and responses as well as pricing of items required.
• Provide price quotes and orders within established guidelines. Receive and initiate the processing of quotes and orders, and communicate with the customer on finalized pricing, due dates, and delivery information.
• Address all customer concerns relating to final order shipment status, follow up documentation, and preliminary response pertaining to invoicing concerns.
• Coordinate customer communication with accounting team to address and resolve all issues relative to account balances and payment requirements.
• Follow up on invoice concerns, credit, and rebills.
• Escalate issues to appropriate personnel when necessary.
• Navigate within SAP and Microsoft Office programs.
• Communicate with customers on a task related basis through email, phone, and MS Teams.
• Perform any other duties as assigned Requirements for

Cycle Service Representative:

• Customer Service Experience
• SAP or experience with another ERP system preferred
• Driven and eager to learn
