Due to our continued growth, we are searching for an applicant to represent our agency as a Insurance Customer Service Representative with our Front Line Service Team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls. You will be helping customers with insurance policy changes and answer their questions as necessary. Responsibilities Using Agency Customer Management System Answering phone calls and directing as needed Provide superior Customer Service to all clients Making customer's insurance changes as requested Making proper notes and follow-up as required in our management system Communicate effectively via Phone, Email, and Microsoft Teams Work with several insurance carriers to find the best solutions for our customers Multi-task in a fast paced environment Knowledge and Skill sets Time Management and prioritization skills Ability to regularly Multi-Task Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer programs Superior Communication skills and ability to work in a team setting Creative Problem Solving Comfortable in a fast growing and forward-thinking culture Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines Anyone seeking to build or expand their career in the fast-paced, fast-growing insurance industry is encouraged to apply.
