In this energetic role, you will serve as the vital link between our valued customers and our skilled technicians, ensuring smooth communication, accurate vehicle assessments, and efficient parts management. Your mechanical knowledge and sales skills will help customers understand their vehicle needs while maximizing service opportunities. This position offers a fast-paced environment where your proactive approach and automotive expertise can truly shine. Duties Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their vehicle concerns, and provide expert guidance on repairs and maintenance services Write detailed service estimates using estimating software, ensuring transparency and clarity for customers Upsell additional services and parts that enhance vehicle performance and safety, increasing dealership revenue Collaborate with technicians to diagnose vehicle issues using automotive diagnostics tools and mechanical knowledge Manage parts inventory efficiently, locate parts promptly, and assist with ordering to meet service deadlines Maintain accurate service records, process transactions including cash handling, and ensure proper documentation of repairs Communicate clearly with clients about vehicle status, repair options, and cost estimates to foster trust and satisfaction Experience Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to drive various vehicles confidently This role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about automotive technology who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Pay:
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
