Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, delivering exceptional customer service and support across multiple channels. Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will help foster positive relationships with our diverse customer base. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, etc., ensuring each interaction is positive and solutions-oriented. Front desk; first point of contact for visitors, in-bound calls, pick up orders, and ordering of products and samples. Enters incoming sales orders collaborating with the shipping department to ensure accuracy. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through detailed data entry. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle complex situations with patience and clarity. Manages shared email folders. Other duties as asssigned• Experience Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry software. Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions or perform cash handling duties accurately (nice-to-have) Excellent communication skills with the ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions Familiarity with phone etiquette, customer service best practices, and analysis skills for continuous improvement Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalant; associate degree a plus 1-3 years of customer service or support; call center or technical support environment a plus. Social media and marketing knowledge a plus.
Pay:
From $17.50 per hour
