Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Delivery Driver and Customer Service Specialist, where you'll be the friendly face and reliable driver that keeps our operations moving smoothly. Responsibilities Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver goods to customers across designated routes Navigate route driving efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and delivery schedules Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly Assist with warehouse tasks such as organizing inventory, moving stock, and maintaining cleanliness in the delivery area Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety and compliance with transportation regulations Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and delivery confirmation records Load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols are followed Qualifications Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with box trucks or similar commercial vehicles Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks safely during load & unload activities. 50 lb lifting requirement. Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks; certification is a plus Experience operating manual transmission vehicles is desirable Knowledge of route planning and route driving best practices for efficiency and safety Join us in delivering excellence!
