Job Description

Shift :
8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent service to internal and external customers by handling inquiries, processing orders, and supporting sales efforts. This role ensures accurate communication, maintains customer relationships, and assists with administrative tasks to support overall operations and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers Assist customers in person, by phone, or via email by identifying needs and recommending appropriate products and services Process customer orders, handle account inquiries, and provide product recommendations Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and support Follow up with customers to ensure order accuracy, delivery, and satisfaction Prepare customer-supplied digital graphics for production Document customer interactions, including inquiries, concerns, and resolutions Maintain knowledge of products and available options Verify accuracy of invoices and related documentation Provide general administrative and basic accounting support Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skills:
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and strong customer focus
Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, a plus Minimum of two years of customer service experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, a plus Experience with QuickBooks, a plus Basic understanding of accounting principles, a plus ASI promotional/apparel industry experience, a plus Strong general computer proficiency
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, squat, and stretch for a prolonged period of time. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and push and/or pull at times.
