Starting pay is $20 per hour , and no prior financial experience is required. Location:

Training in Sheboygan, WI , with the opportunity to transition to the Mequon Branch upon completion of training. What You'll Do In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for members, delivering high-quality support through phone , chat , email , and secure messaging . You will assist with questions, resolve concerns, and guide members toward solutions that support their financial goals. Provide support to members via phone, chat, email, and secure messaging Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver accurate, timely solutions Identify and recommend products and services that meet members' needs Assist with account-related services such as debit cards, account updates, and mobile deposit verification Maintain accuracy and ensure compliance in all interactions and documentation Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals and enhance the overall member experience Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service or sales experience preferred Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple tasks across different communication channels Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy Ability to follow compliance and regulatory requirements Work Schedule Monday through

Thursday:

8:00 AM to 5:00

PM Friday:

8:00 AM to 6:00

PM Rotating Saturdays:
