Production Supervisor Caliberr Staffing Mequon, WI $22.84 - $29.08 an hour - Full-time $22.84 - $29.08 an hour - Full-time Core Duties Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by championing rigorous safety protocols and ensuring full compliance across all shifts. Supervise the consistent application of quality systems and operational procedures to uphold high standards of production excellence. Boost overall operational performance by optimizing productivity, increasing efficiency, and reducing unnecessary downtime. Manage labor distribution and staffing needs to ensure production targets are met without sacrificing quality or safety standards. Track and record essential operational data, such as production yields, scrap rates, employee hours, and other key performance indicators. Facilitate clear communication and teamwork between staff, leadership, and various departments to help the organization reach its objectives. Support the successful completion of company projects by collaborating effectively with diverse teams and facilities. Uphold professional standards and company policies while fostering a culture of accountability and strong ethics. Inspire staff by acting as a dedicated leader who recognizes individual contributions and promotes a positive workplace atmosphere. Facilitate professional growth and succession planning by providing ongoing coaching, mentorship, and practical training to team members. Ensure a seamless and efficient workflow by stepping in to assist with production tasks whenever the situation requires it. Required Qualifications A high school diploma or GED is necessary, though an Associate's degree in Operations Management or a related discipline is highly desirable. Between two and four years of experience in a leadership role managing production teams in a manufacturing setting. Strong ability to manage time, organize tasks, and prioritize multiple duties with a high level of precision. Proven capacity for analytical thinking and resolving operational issues as they arise. Demonstrated history of managing projects and successfully driving initiatives to completion. Solid technical skills in Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Google Workspace. Capability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with complete integrity and discretion.
