Job Description

The Outlet Customer Service Associate supports daily operations of our outlet store by delivering excellent customer service, supporting sales, and maintaining a clean, organized shopping environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, thrives in a fast-paced retail setting, and is willing to assist with all aspects of store operations. Duties and responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to: Greet and assist customers with product selection and purchases Support retail sales by providing knowledgeable and friendly service Restock merchandise and maintain an organized, visually appealing sales floor Assist with inventory organization in the retail and adjacent warehouse areas Perform general cleaning and upkeep to ensure a safe and welcoming store environment Support daily store operations and assist with Retail Store Manager duties when needed Uphold Weinbrenner Shoe Company's core values in all customer and team interactions Qualifications and experience High school diploma or equivalent required Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required Ability to learn and use company business systems, including ERP software Strong verbal communication and customer service skills Ability to remain calm and professional while problem-solving in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills (addition and subtraction) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequent use of hands and arms for handling merchandise and equipment Ability to occasionally lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds Close vision required for customer transactions and product handling If you have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you can make a difference and want to be part of a growing company, apply today by clicking "" or pick up an application at 211 S Genesee St, Merrill WI, or 3705 S Cherry Ave, Marshfield, WI 54449, between the hours of 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
