Your Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly and pleasantly Perform vehicle walk around with customer to determine needed repairs. Review vehicle maintenance history and make recommendations Sell recommended service work to customers based upon mechanics diagnosis Provide the customer with a written cost estimate of repairs and an estimated time needed for repairs Inform dispatcher of incoming work and ensure customer s needs are understood by the technician Follow up with technicians and the parts department on the progress of repairs to ensure timely completion of work Notify customers on the status of their vehicle Verify warranty and service contract coverage and administer claims for qualifying repairs Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction Review completed work and charges with the customer and/or send a digital invoice for online payment.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Driver s License Previous customer service experience preferred but not required Must be organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Employee Owners Do It Better- Come find out for yourself!
