ABOUT THE ROLE

Our agency is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, customer-focused person to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients

• answering questions, servicing existing policies, and helping people find the right coverage for their families and businesses.

This is a good fit for someone who likes talking to people, solving problems, and building long-term relationships in the community.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Answer incoming calls and emails, and walk clients through billing, coverage, and policy changes
• Quote new auto, home, and life policies for prospects and existing clients
• Review current clients' coverage and recommend updates as their needs change
• Follow up on leads, referrals, and open quotes
• Keep client records accurate and current
• Provide Binders for Mortgage lenders

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong communication skills and genuine care for customers
• Sales or customer service experience preferred; insurance experience is a plus but not required
• Comfortable with computers and picking up new software
• Property & Casualty license preferred. If you're not licensed, you'll need to obtain it within 90 days of hire
• we pay for the pre-licensing course and the exam

  Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m
• 4:30 p.m, Friday, 8:30 a.m
• 4:00 p.m.
• We cover your licensing and continuing education
