The Customer Relations Specialist will assist the organization with enhancing customer satisfaction, increasing service, and building meaningful customer relationships. Your Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer retention. Analyze customer feedback on product features, identifying areas of improvement. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, email. Cultivate repeat and referral customers.
Qualifications:
