  • Customer Relations:
    Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting visitors and professionally handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Documentation & Logistics Support:
    Accurately generate, organize, and process vital shipping paperwork, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), tracking tags, and work orders.
  • Administrative Efficiency:
    Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems to ensure all shipping and operational documentation is easily accessible and compliant.
  • Cross-Functional Communication:
    Facilitate smooth communication between customers and internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and timelines are met. What you'll bring:
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Intermediate computer skills with strong familiarity in the Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word).
  • Prioritization & Multitasking:
    Proven ability to effectively manage competing priorities and balance administrative tasks with active customer service in a dynamic environment
  • Customer-Centric Mindset:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a natural inclination toward problem-solving and helping others.
  • Attention to
Detail:
High level of accuracy in data entry and paperwork generation, ensuring shipping and work orders are error-free.
