Job Description

Essential Functions:
Technical Support:
Assist customers with technical inquiries on trailer components
Customer Service:
Answer customer inquiries via email and phone in a friendly, professional and courteous manner.
Order Management:
Enter customer orders, answer technical questions, resolve discrepancies & generates sales quotations Perform all assigned tasks in a safe, efficient, timely, accurate and highly productive manner according to Company policy. Maintain good attendance. Attend scheduled work hours on a regular and timely basis. Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
Knowledge and Skill:
Technical Knowledge of trailer parts preferred Superior & Professional Communication Skills, written & verbal Have a winning attitude Desire to wow the customer
  • Customer Appreciation Enjoys helping people & Puts the customer first Strong work ethic Team player Problem solving skills Able to Multi-task Strong time management and organizational skills Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset May require a bachelor's degree.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision of the Customer Services Mgr. Experience with Microsoft Office software primarily word & excel Must be able to perform each essential function and responsibilities of the job satisfactorily in accordance with Company productivity and quality requirements.

Hearing requirements include the ability to hear all verbal communication. Ability to verbally communicate. Requires light physical effort, such as lifting and/or moving 5 pounds or less, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
