Service Advisor

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers promptly and professionally. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service requests. Provide clear explanations of recommended services and associated costs. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs. Keep customers updated on service progress and any changes. Provide estimates and obtain customer authorization for repairs. Maintain detailed and accurate service records. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role (automotive industry preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency (service management software experience is a plus) Valid driver's license

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes Sales experience or ability to upsell services Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
