$43,000+ (Higher based on experience) Total Pay Year 1: $45,000- 55,000+ commissions and bonuses

Provide top-notch service to Spanish & English-speaking clients Assist with policies, billing, claims, and renewals Spot additional needs and offer quotes for other lines (auto, home, renters, umbrella, etc.) Support renewals and retention through proactive outreach Handle concerns professionally , escalating when neededWho You Are:
Fluent in Spanish preferred Experienced in customer service or client support Motivated, detail-oriented, and growth-minded Comfortable making recommendations and asking for the cross-sell Willing to obtain a Property, Casualty and Life Licenses•License Fee Reimbursed What We Offer:
