Customer Service & Cleaning Associate (Morning, Afternoon & Overnight Shifts Available) Overview Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service & Cleaning Associate , where you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable environment for all guests and visitors. This energetic position combines exceptional customer service with essential cleaning responsibilities to ensure our facility remains inviting, hygienic, and well-maintained. We are currently hiring for the following shifts: Morning (AM) Customer Service & Cleaning Associates Afternoon Customer Service & Cleaning Associates Overnight Cleaning Associates Whether you're greeting guests during the day or helping maintain a clean and safe facility overnight, your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster positive experiences and uphold our commitment to excellence in hospitality and guest services. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, efficient customer service to enhance their experience. Manage guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and handle feedback with professionalism. Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, and designated spaces through routine cleaning and sanitation tasks. Assist with event support, including setting up spaces and coordinating guest flow during activities and functions. Process cash transactions accurately for food service, admissions, or merchandise sales when required. Support safety protocols by monitoring the environment, conducting safety checks, and assisting with emergency procedures as needed. Engage positively with guests of all ages, including children, helping create a safe and enjoyable atmosphere. Contribute to a positive team culture through effective communication, teamwork, and professionalism. Overnight Cleaning Associates will focus primarily on deep cleaning, sanitation, facility preparation, and ensuring the building is ready for the next day of operations. Qualifications & Experience Previous customer service, hospitality, or guest services experience is highly desirable. Experience in event management or coordinating group activities is a plus. Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills. Experience working with children or in food service environments is beneficial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including public speaking abilities when appropriate. Knowledge of theater, recreation, entertainment, or public event settings is advantageous. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
