Job Description
We are hiring for a Customer Service Specialist in West Allis, WI. This is an addition to the team and you will support a growing manufacturer. If you have at least three years experience, this could be a good fit for you.
Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers regarding product inquiries, sales, and shipments of products Order entry and fulfillment process including verifying pricing Maintain customer accounts in ERP system Coordinate with internal departments such as sales and financeRequirements:
