Customer Service/Sales Representative

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members Manage appointment scheduling and office communications Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects Consistently receive reviews from customers for providing excellent service

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening Organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations Basic computer skills Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Life & Health license (must be able to obtain) Enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in people's lives Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior Fast learner who is open to coaching
