Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team! Duties Greet visitors and clients promptly, providing excellent customer service with a friendly attitude. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally. Handle data entry, filing, and recordkeeping using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools. Assist with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing or tracking payments. Support office operations by managing incoming emails, proofreading documents, and performing clerical duties like filing and organizing records. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while ensuring all office supplies are stocked and available. Provide bilingual support to accommodate diverse customer needs when applicable. Qualifications Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or as a receptionist in a busy environment. Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry tools. Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems and providing customer support. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail; typing speed and proofreading skills are a plus. Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is advantageous. Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is beneficial. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively. Strong organizational skills, time management capabilities, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
