Service Advisor — Powersports & Ag Equipment Salem, WV Full-Service Dealership Full-time On-site Mon-Fri Competitive + Commission
ABOUT THE ROLE PARCS
Superstores is a full-service dealership in Salem, WV serving powersports enthusiasts and the agricultural community.
We live by:
Work Hard, Play Harder. We're hiring a Service Advisor who can bridge both worlds — comfortable discussing a warranty claim on a side-by-side and a tractor repair with a farmer who needs their equipment back in the field. You own the customer experience from drop-off to delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES
— Greet customers, inspect units, and document concerns on the repair order — Produce accurate cost and time estimates; obtain customer authorization — Dispatch work to technicians and track open ROs through completion — Communicate proactively on status updates, delays, and additional work — Prepare and process OEM warranty claims per manufacturer requirements — Coordinate PDIs for sold and showroom units with the sales team — Schedule service, maintenance, and seasonal appointments — Recommend and upsell accessories, parts, and service packages — Walk customers through completed work orders at pickup — Maintain organized records within the dealership
DMS REQUIREMENTS
— Service writing experience preferred — willing to train the right candidate — Knowledge of powersports (ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles) and/or ag equipment (tractors, implements) — Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) — Strong communication skills — able to explain repairs to non-technical customers — Able to manage multiple open ROs in a fast-paced environment — Valid driver's license with a clean record — Organized, dependable, and customer-focused
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
