We are looking for individuals who: Have experience with EMR (Electronic Medical Record) platformsHave experience with CPC (coding), ICD-10 and Behavioral health CPT codes (Preferred)Have a Professional Certificate (i.e. AAPC) in behavioral health coding (Preferred)

The Client Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for our clients. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit Central Wyoming Counseling Center (CWCC).
Work Hours:
8:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday through Friday
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High school Diploma or GED required
Experience:
Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software platforms Prefer CPC (coding); demonstrated ICD-10 proficiency; Experience with ICD-10 and behavioral health CPT codes, and healthcare reimbursement practices. Prefer professional certification (i.e. AAPC) in behavioral health coding
JOB SUMMARY
The Client Service Representative is primarily responsible for offering administrative support across the organization.
