Key Responsibilities:
As a Service Advisor, your core duties will include:
First-Contact Professionalism:
Greet customers and establish rapport, providing a white-glove service experience.
Estimate Creation:
Build accurate estimates using service packages and labor guides, revising as needed based on technician diagnostics.
Consultation and Closing:
Discuss repair needs confidently, converting inquiries into approved repair orders while maintaining strong win and close rates.
Documentation:
Ensure clear communication of technician findings and maintain accurate work order structures, including authorization and payment details.
Support Throughout Repair Lifecycle:
Keep customers informed of repair updates and manage digital workflows to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have experience in: Service writing (diesel, automotive, truck, equipment). Estimating or quoting repair work. Customer-facing operations or high-volume customer communication.
Must Have:
Strong phone presence and counter communication skills. Ability to explain technical needs clearly and discuss pricing comfortably. Solid computer skills and proficiency in multi-screen navigation. High accuracy in writing, typing, and documentation. Dependable attendance and a commitment to professionalism.
