Customer Service Representative / Salaried Insurance Agent

Excellent Career Opportunity! Tegeler and Associates, a family-owned, statewide independent insurance agency, is seeking a customer service professional for our Dubois office to service commercial lines property and casualty insurance policies.

Requirements:

Must already reside in or be a commutable distance to Dubois, WY Must have a Great Attitude and Excellent Communication & Customer Service Skills Honesty, Dependability, Confidentiality and Attention to Detail are musts Minimum education of HS diploma, prefer Associates Degree or higher Computer and Technology Savvy Must obtain property and casualty insurance license within 4 months of employment

Duties:

Contact customers to sell or service property and casualty insurance policies Maintain and track existing and new accounts in company database Analyze customer needs, explain policy coverages, procure quotes Work independently, while part of a team, and adhere to all company policies and professional standards
