Cut & Square Operator (3rd shift 12am-8am)

Join the Suhner Team! Suhner USA is looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join our manufacturing team as a Cut & Square Operator. In this role, you will help produce high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while working with a supportive team and opportunities to grow your skills. This position offers multiple skill levels, allowing employees to develop into more advanced machine setup and operation responsibilities over time. What You'll Do Follow production orders and work instructions to produce quality parts Deburr and inspect parts using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, rulers, and scales Operate and monitor Cut & Square machinery after setup is completed Complete production paperwork, SPC, and traceability documentation accurately Maintain quality standards while minimizing scrap Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Assist with additional department tasks as needed Growth Opportunities Depending on experience and skill level, employees may: Run one production line Setup and operate multiple production lines Become an expert operator capable of running any Cut & Square line What We're Looking For Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documents Basic math and measuring skills Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, scales, and measuring tapes Comfortable making minor machine adjustments using hand tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable with a strong work ethic Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Ability to push/pull carts or pallet jacks Ability to bend, stoop, and move throughout the shift Education High School Diploma or GED preferred Why Join Suhner?
