Schedule & Hours:

4×10-hour shifts weekly (GWW 40) Day shifts with varied start times Weekday, weekend, and holiday call rotation required Minimum of 14 call shifts during assignment 13-week contract duration Immediate start available

Qualifications:

Current, unrestricted California RN license American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications NIH Stroke Scale Certification (NIHSS; required annually) At least 2 years of recent experience in CVOR nursing Minimum 1 year of travel RN experience Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic OR setting and prioritize patient safety

Primary Responsibilities:

Circulate and scrub for cardiovascular surgical procedures in the operating room Collaborate closely with physicians, anesthesia, and allied health professionals to ensure optimal intraoperative care Safeguard sterile technique and maintain accurate intraoperative documentation Effectively communicate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams Participate in required call rotations—including weekends and holidays—to provide critical surgical coverage Experience the satisfaction of advancing your skills among other high-caliber professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment.
