Job Description

Description Tyto Athene is searching for a Cyberspace Enterprise SME for a multi-year contract providing Cyberspace Support Services to the Air Force's 688th Cyberspace Wing (688 CW) and subordinate units.
Responsibilities:
Provide Enterprise IT and Cyber Weapons System capability Subject Matter Expertise across NIPR, SIPR, JWICS and SAP domains. Provide cyber capability development, engineering, and integrations support to the Government in managing projects implemented by internal or external organizations affecting Air Force and Joint systems/domains. Provide expertise to the 688 CW and subordinate units in guiding, tracking, and documenting project activities such as collaboration, operational support, engineering initiatives, integration of new tools, processes and capabilities, conducting of tests, and conformance to standards as provided in AF instructions, security implementation guides, or other pertinent directives to include, aiding in identifying opportunities to align capabilities reducing duplicative efforts and achieving efficiencies resource management. Conduct analysis of operational, conceptual, functional, and strategic support plans and recommend viable options to develop potential solutions or courses of actions necessary to implement these plans or actions. Provide research and analysis and assist in the creation databases to record and sustain the 688 CW's technology baseline for equipment, hardware, software, and firmware. Collaborate requirements with stakeholders and ensure alignment with enterprise standardization strategy. Collaborate and oversee identification, documentation, tracking, and analysis of new and existing hardware, software, and/or firmware tools. Provide specialized systems integration and design expertise to support the Government regarding establishing and evaluating capabilities of the NIPR, SIPR, JWICS and SAP capabilities/domains. Lead, advise, assist, and collaborate on activities of 688th Cyberspace Wing project teams as they identify and coordinate resolution of issues, including: project scheduling, fielding, training, manning and transition. Cyber Weapons System and capability Subject Matter Expertise shall include supporting collaboration among the mission area teams to achieve: Evolution of technical requirements and identified solutions Accommodation of Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF) requirements into solutions Application and analysis of OODA Loop decision cycle of observe, orient, decide, and act On-boarding and sustainment of capabilities Assessment and Authorization Identify or analyze new and/or alternative software tool capabilities, to include their security posture, cost, ease of use, interoperability, potential transition plans, and ease of integration. Prepare, provide, and submit comprehensive feasibility studies, briefings, observations, meetings, and recommendations regarding network topology, network integration, and deployment and employment of networked systems. Recommend to the 688 CW Staff and associated organizations the necessary actions for compliance with criteria required. Studying and documenting network topology, workflow and procedures Identifying potential computer networking and computer application issues and/or concerns Analyze, observe, review, report on design, test, integration, and sustainment of network systems Prepare, provide, and/or brief operational views of system architecture and flow diagrams Reviewing design, system procedures, forms and specifications for accuracy or effectiveness Analyzing existing systems and reviewing them to take into account changes in system requirements or equipment configurations Update network topology deliverables to ensure visual of incoming systems, programs, network connections, WS components, WS touchpoints Provide technical advisory and assistance to staff
Qualifications Required:
5 or more years of experience in USAF Enterprise/Cyberspace Operations 3 or more years of experience with one of the following: Air Force Internet Control (AFINC), Air Force Cyberspace Defense (ACD), Cyberspace Defense Analysis (CDA), Air Force Cyber Security and Control System (CSCS), the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS), or Expeditionary Communications (XCOMM) DoD 8570.01M IAM Level-2 Certification or higher. Minimum includes one active certification(s): CAP, CASP+CE, CISM, GSLC, CCISO, HSISPP, or CISSP. Project collaboration and/or staff work experience at the USAF Group-level or higher, to include briefing Senior Leadership On site support at

High School Diploma Desired:
Bachelor's Degree (technical, business, or managerial) Experience with JP-5 as it relates to Cyberspace Operations planning, orders, and execution Understanding of DoD/DoW formal testing (Development Test & Evaluation (DT&E) and Operational Test & Evaluation (OT&E)) Understanding of and difference between CONOPS, CONEMPS, Operational Fielding Plans, CTOs, MTOs, WARNORDs, EXORDs, and Authorization Decision Artifacts USAF Special Technical Operations experience
Clearance:
Active and current DoD TS/SCI eligibility with ability to obtain SAP/SAR eligibility
Location:
83d Network Operations Squadron (83 NOS), at Langley AFB, VA.
Travel Required:
Minimal, less than 10%
