CNIC CYP
specific software systems. Assists with training front line employees on the operion of CYP specific software applicions using a variety of resources, systems, and applicion. Maintains documention, instructs staff in use of management informion systems. Develops and produces training merials, handbooks, and resources as needed. Troubleshoots hardware or software system problems as they occur and quickly repairs or directs the repair to on site employees. Primary point-of-contact for assistance and technical assistance who ascertains the extent of problems and inities resolutions. Collects, reviews and prepares reports for regional and Commander, Navy Installions Command (CNIC) reports and da calls. This includes development of reporting temples, verificion of da accuracy, and analysis of da received. Analyzes and evalues the effectiveness of CYP programs or operions in meeting established goals and objectives. Administrive Support Develops and implements regional CYP Standard Opering Procedures (SOPs) to ensure effective methods of da collection, storage, and management to support da integrity. Coordines acquisition and inventory of a wide variety of both hardware and software used to support the operion ofCNIC CYP
specific software systems. Ensures the safeguard of Navy property reporting any shortages or misuse identified. Liaisons with staff and/or supporting functional offices, (e.g., IT, personnel, comptroller, office functions, procurement) to provide adeque and timely services in support of program operion. Communicions Authors and/or reviews the preparion and publicion of various reports, da calls, and evaluions, procedures, and other complex documents. Reviews and releases technical and administrive reports as required. Maintains liaison and communicions with Morale Welfare Recreion (MWR), regional headquarters, Commander Navy Installion Command(CNIC), and echelons of higher authority, as applicable, through correspondence and personal contact Requirements Help Conditions of employment Must successfully pass the E-Verify employment verificion check. Qualificions 3 years specialized experience in professional management, business administrion, dabase management, informion systems management, and administrive experience. OR a combinion of approprie educion and experience. Ability to conduct studies and analyze program da to provide effective operions and da management support for the CYP. In-depth knowledge in child and youth programs and services, principles, practices, and techniques. Knowledge of computers and a variety of software programs (e.g., Child and Youth Management System (CYMS); Enterprise Modeling System (EMS)), curriculum and assessment (Teaching Stregies GOLD™ Assessment)) and methods of record keeping. Knowledge of financial and administrive management methods, techniques, and methodology in order to approprie execute assigned programs. Knowledge of business administrion, school administrion, leadership and management, early childhood management or communicion is preferred. In-depth knowledge in child and youth programs and services, principles, practices, and techniques. Ability to communice effectively in English, both orally and in writing, and possess strong interpersonal communicion skills. Ability to make oral presentions and briefings to all levels of chain of command personnel and effectively represent the CYP on financial and administrive issues. Ability to develop, maintain and present accure reports and records, military style instructions and documents. Educion Equivalent of 3 years' experience in professional management, business administrion, dabase management, informion systems management, and administrive experience th qualifies the person for the position. OR 2-year degree reled to professional management, business administrion, dabase management, informion systems management, and administrive experience with 2 years of business administrion, professional management, financial management, dabase administrion and administrive experience. OR 4-year degree in the same fields with 1 year of professional management, financial management, and administrive experience. The IRC includes a check of the Substance Abuse Rehabilition Program (SARP) records in the Alcohol and Drug Management Informion Tracking System (ADMITS) dabase, a check of the Family Advocacy Program (FAP) records in the Fleet and Family Support Management Informion System (FFSMIS), and an installion security/base check via the Navy Justice Informion System (NJIS) dabase and/or other law enforcement systems.
