Dairy milk hand

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dairy Milk Hand for our daily operations. This position operates on a rotating split-shift schedule. Team members should be prepared to work two shifts per day on scheduled workdays. Responsibilities Milking, following procedures in place Cleaning of milking equipment, following procedures in place Equipment operation: tractors, pulling trailers (must be able to reverse in tight areas), TMR wagon, small power and hand tools Working in all types of weather Working with cattle Ability to maintain equipment Willing and able to make decisions in a fluid environment Maintaining calf pens and free stall barn area Occasionally assist with fence building/maintenance (permanent and temporary) Qualifications Someone that likes working with animals, dependable and passionate about their job.
