Overview Dance Instructor - Long-Term Team Opportunity Part-Time / Full-Time Opportunity Available Competitive Pay Based on Experience Are you passionate about dance, teaching, and building lasting relationships with students and families? We are looking for a motivated, versatile, and dependable Dance Instructor to become a long-term member of our growing studio family. Our studio is seeking someone who is experienced in teaching a variety of dance styles and age groups, with a strong emphasis on tap instruction . The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, nurturing, and committed to helping dancers grow both technically and personally. Responsibilities Teach classes for dancers of all ages and levels Instruct a variety of styles, including: Tap (strongly preferred) Jazz Ballet Contemporary/Lyrical Hip Hop Acro Combo Create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and choreography Foster a positive, encouraging classroom environment Communicate professionally with students, parents, and staff Participate in recitals, competitions, and studio events Collaborate with our teaching team and contribute to studio growth Qualifications Strong background in multiple dance styles Extensive tap training and teaching experience preferred Experience teaching children, teens, and adults Reliable, organized, and professional Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to inspire confidence and passion in students Previous studio teaching experience preferred What We're Looking For We are not just hiring for a season — we are looking for someone who wants to become a valued, long-term part of our studio family.
