job summary: Excellent written, oral communication, project management and presentation skills, and the ability to present complex data and outcomes in a simple and clear way Highly proficient in PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications location: Westlake, Texas job type: Contract salary: $62 - 63 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Bachelor's degree required 7+ years of experience in a Data and Analytics role with exposure to IT and business partners In depth knowledge in a variety of analytics techniques including: profiling, data mining, modeling, statistical analysis and campaign measurement Ability to do data driven deep dive analysis to test ideas/hypothesis for Digital and Non-Digital experiences and identifying appropriate success metrics (Call-to-Action) Hands-on expertise using tools and technologies such as SQL, Snowflake, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx and Adobe Analytics Strong working knowledge of relational databases including experience with web interaction data Solid understanding of A/B/N testing techniques, Design of Experiments, Measurement and Recommendations Good understanding of AI/ML and predictive model outputs Experience aligning and working across various business units and channels in a consultative manner qualifications: Experience in creative, cross-functional collaboration and development activities Healthcare domain experience
