Part-Time Household Manager / Family Cook & Helper

We're a family of five (three kids, ages 16, 12, and 10) looking for a reliable, detail-oriented household helper to join our team three mornings a week, 8 AM to noon. There's potential for additional hours for the right person. What you'll do: Meal prep: Plan and prepare healthy meals for the family, batching enough for several days at a time. Think real food — fresh ingredients, balanced plates, kid-friendly but not kid-food. Grocery shopping for the meals you'll be preparing (we'll cover costs and provide a method of payment).

Laundry:

Wash, dry, fold, and put away.

Light tidying:

Kitchen cleanup, counters, dishes, general pickup, keeping common areas in order. Not deep cleaning — we have a separate housekeeping service twice a week. Who we're looking for: Someone who genuinely enjoys cooking and takes pride in feeding a family well Dependable, punctual, and proactive — comfortable working independently without being managed Honest, trustworthy, and respectful of our home Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (for grocery runs) Comfortable around dogs — we have one well-trained, sweet family dog Comfortable in a home with kids coming and going Long-term fit — we're looking to build a lasting relationship, not a short-term gig Nice to have: Experience preparing meals for families Knowledge of nutrition or healthy cooking styles Prior household-management experience

Monday / Wednesday / Friday, 8 AM - noon (some flexibility possible)

Pay:

$30/hour, paid weekly via payroll (W-2 household employee — taxes properly withheld) Two-week paid trial period to ensure mutual fit Background check and references required Start date:
