Department Operations & Supply Chain Employment Type Full Time Location Columbia, PA - Plant Workplace type Onsite Key Responsibilities Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement Collaborate with procurement, production, engineering, and other functions to align material planning with build schedules Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and recommend optimal stocking strategies for all products Support supplier performance management by tracking delivery timelines, quality metrics, and pricing trends Develop and maintain reports and dashboards related to inventory, lead times, and supplier reliability Assist in the development of sourcing strategies for critical materials Identify risks in the supply chain (e.g., shortages, delays) and propose mitigation plans Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline logistics, warehousing, and production flow Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, coding); experience with Power

BI, ERP/MRP
