Should have worked to map, analyze source and target systems for migration Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Roles & Responsibilities To model data structures, establish storage frameworks, and enforce data security to support seamless access, real-time insights, and organizational decision-making. Collaboration with stakeholders, including data engineers and IT teams, ensures robust data solutions that meet both current and future business needs. Work with customer teams in creating data blueprint for data storage, optimizing performance, and planning migrations to cloud or hybrid environments, making data both accessible and actionable.

Data Modeling & Integration:

defining data storage, processing and access plan. Develop conceptual, logical & physical data models, structure & relationship. Help customers integrate data from various sources besides optimizing databases performance.

Data Strategy & Governance:

Work with customers in defining data strategy & roadmaps. Also develop frameworks & standards for data quality, consistency and compliance Generic Managerial Skills, If any Nice to have experience: Experience with AI/ML pipelines and feature stores. Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF). Knowledge of DevOps/DataOps (CI/CD, Terraform, Kubernetes).

Base Salary Range :

$120,000 to $140,000
