Job Description

Data Center Resiliency Manager The Data Center Resiliency Manager partners closely with Data Center Operations and Disaster Recovery leadership to strengthen resiliency, reduce operational risk, and support critical enterprise infrastructure. This role oversees data center operations, disaster recovery readiness, vendor coordination, and global resiliency initiatives across onsite, co-location, and manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities Data Center Operations Lead operational support for onsite and co-location data center environments. Oversee incident, change, and request management activities through ServiceNow. Coordinate with facilities teams and co-location vendors to ensure reliable operations and adherence to company standards. Manage capacity planning, rack layouts, cabling standards, and data center infrastructure optimization. Develop and maintain operational procedures, escalation processes, and documentation for smart hands support. Partner with business and infrastructure teams to support future growth and operational requirements. Disaster Recovery & Resiliency Support enterprise Disaster Recovery (DR) and IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) programs. Maintain DR plans and technical recovery documentation for critical applications and infrastructure. Lead disaster recovery exercises, simulations, and resiliency testing activities. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement recovery solutions aligned with IT strategy. Drive continuous improvement and global standardization across DR processes and practices. Provide risk assessment and DR oversight for externally hosted applications and third-party services. Support audits, governance reviews, and executive reporting related to resiliency programs. Leadership & Vendor Management Manage relationships with vendors, managed service providers, and co-location partners. Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts across global IT and infrastructure groups. Provide technical guidance and strategic recommendations for resiliency initiatives. Ensure operational compliance with corporate business continuity standards and policies. Qualifications 10+ years of overall IT experience.
Strong understanding of:
Structured cabling design and distribution Data center infrastructure and layout design Disaster Recovery technologies and methodologies Experience supporting enterprise or global infrastructure environments. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience working with vendors and managed service providers. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite. Exposure to multi-cloud environments including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud. Experience leading global technical programs or infrastructure teams. Knowledge of business continuity and IT service continuity best practices.
