Our client in Lynnwood, WA is currently hiring for a Data Center Project Manager. This is an on‑site role supporting data center construction projects and is a contract‑to‑hire opportunity with long‑term potential. Pay

• $50.00
• $62.50 per hour (W2), depending on experience Location
• Lynnwood, WA (On‑site) Schedule
• Standard Monday
• Friday (40+ hours per week depending on project needs) Responsibilities
• Oversee construction activities for data center projects from start through completion
• Manage project scope, schedules, and coordination with field teams and subcontractors
• Act as the primary point of contact between the client, contractors, and internal teams
• Monitor construction progress to ensure project milestones are met
• Support issue resolution related to construction sequencing, logistics, and site coordination
• Maintain project documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure work aligns with project plans, specifications, and site requirements Qualification Requirements
• Experience as a Project Manager overseeing data center construction projects
• 2+ years of experience working with a specialty mechanical contractor
• Strong experience in construction management and project execution
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in an on‑site construction environment
• Strong communication and coordination skills Disqualifiers
• No experience supporting data center construction projects
