HR Role Overview:

Manages onsite and co-location data center infrastructure (80% focus) and coordinates disaster recovery (DR) resiliency (20% focus).

Key Responsibilities:

Operations :

Lead local IT teams and oversee onsite/co-location data center facilities.

Escalations :

Troubleshoot incidents and manage ServiceNow ticket queues.

DR Programs :

Maintain global DR plans and lead large-scale simulation exercises.

Vendors :

Manage co-location providers, smart hands, and hardware contracts.

Requirements:

Experience :

10+ years in IT infrastructure and data center operations.

DC Design :

Strong expertise in structured cabling and hot/cold aisle layouts.

Resiliency :

Proven depth in Disaster Recovery solutions and recovery guides.

Cloud :

Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
