12‑Hour Shifts About the Role RunSun is seeking a skilled Datacenter Operations Technician to support, troubleshoot, and repair hardware issues within our datacenter environments. This role involves direct customer interaction, hands-on technical work, and occasional travel to alternate sites to provide operational support and training. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware issues onsite within the datacenter Collaborate directly with customers to resolve hardware-related problems Work a structured 12‑hour shift schedule to support continuous operations Travel to alternate RunSun locations as needed to provide support and assist in training initiatives Basic Requirements 1+ years of experience in physical hardware troubleshooting and repair 1+ years of experience with computer networking 2+ years of computer troubleshooting experience Ability to lift and rack equipment weighing up to 40 pounds Preferred Qualifications Strong customer-facing troubleshooting and communication skills Experience using ticketing systems to manage and prioritize workload Prior experience working within datacenter environments The ability to speak and read Chinese is a plus Why Join RunSun?
