Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic office team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various platforms to ensure the integrity and accessibility of information. Your organizational skills and proficiency with office software will help support smooth administrative operations and enhance overall efficiency. Duties Enter, verify, and update data using computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications Maintain accurate records through meticulous filing, proofreading, and data management practices Manage multi-line phone systems, handle front desk responsibilities, and provide exceptional customer support Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and office management tasks Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks and perform basic bookkeeping duties as needed Ensure proper phone etiquette when communicating with clients, vendors, and team members Conduct routine proofreading to ensure data accuracy and consistency across documents Requirements Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks is preferred Excellent typing speed and accuracy for efficient data entry Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for supporting diverse clients and team members Experience handling multi-line phone systems and front desk operations Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while prioritizing multiple tasks Previous experience in customer service or customer support roles is highly desirable Knowledge of office management procedures, filing systems, and proofing techniques Join us to be part of a vibrant team that values precision, efficiency, and excellent service. $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
