Job Summary We are seeking two detail-oriented temporary clerical professionals to support transactional processing during the transition from ECC6 toSAP S/4HANA.
This role is critical to ensuring seamless order and inventory operations across systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong accuracy, consistency, and the ability to manage high-volume data entry tasks within structured processes. Key Responsibilities Accurately process and enter transactional data in ECC6 andSAP S/4HANA
systems Create, update, and manage sales orders, purchase orders, and related transactions Support cross-system transaction flows across multiple operational locations Validate and ensure completeness and accuracy of all entered data Monitor transaction queues and resolve or escalate incomplete or failed transactions Coordinate with operations, customer service, and supply chain teams to address discrepancies Prepare and organize source data for system entry by compiling and verifying information Review, correct, and maintain data integrity across systems Maintain proper documentation and records of processed transactions and issues Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of experience in clerical, administrative, or data entry roles Prior exposure to SAP (ECC6 and/or S/4HANA) preferred but not mandatory Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Ability to follow standardized procedures and workflows Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and handle repetitive tasks efficiently Work Environment Office-based role within a distribution or operations setting High-volume, deadline-driven environment requiring sustained concentration Collaborative work involving cross-functional teamsSimilar remote jobs
