Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry Representative to join our Customer Service team. This role requires a blend of data management skills, customer service excellence, and product knowledge to ensure accurate order entry and efficient support for our clients. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter customer orders, invoices, and other related data into our system. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and accurate assistance. Assist customers with questions related to cabinetry products, ensuring they have all the information needed for their purchase decisions. Collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed and shipped correctly. Conduct basic research on product details and specifications as needed to answer customer questions and improve service accuracy. Follow up on orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring customers are informed of any updates or changes. Support continuous improvement by identifying data entry or service processes that can be optimized. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data entry or customer service is a plus. Proven experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the cabinetry, construction, or home improvement industries. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry. Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, and data entry applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
