We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Data Scientist to join our team and lead the development of series of customized GenAI solutions. This role will focus on building scalable, production-grade systems using Python and modern frameworks, with a strong emphasis on generative AI applications such as information retrieval, AI assisted websearch, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, agile environment and be comfortable working consultatively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and present results. Required Qualifications 1-3 years of coding experience (Preferably Python and vibe coding) 1-3 years of experience in backend systems (FastAPI experience is a plus) Proven track record of building and deploying GenAI solutions (e.g., RAG pipelines,agent-based systems) Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar Experience working in cloud environments such as GCP, Azure, or AWS Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills in agile settings Ability to work consultatively with junior stakeholders, clarify needs, and communicate technical concepts effectively Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with healthcare (Payor/ PBM) domains Experience with Formulary Experience integrating GenAI solutions into enterprise workflows Exposure to MLOps practices and tools (Jenkins, Docker, etc.) Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science,Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline. Master's degreepreferred Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $86,520.00

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
