Required Skills:
Extensive experience with PL/SQL programming, including packages, procedures, functions, and triggers Proven ability to optimize complex queries and craft efficient solutions Strong background working with Oracle and SQL Server databases in enterprise settings Hands-on experience with ETL design and development, particularly with Informatica Familiarity with Agile methodologies, version control, and deployment standards Knowledge of containerization and cloud deployment related to databases Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to adapt in evolving environments and take initiative to drive continuous improvement Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience working with geographically dispersed teams Knowledge of additional databases like Sybase Strong presentation and interpersonal skills Curiosity for exploring new technologies and processes
Preferred Education & Experience:
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or related field 7-10 years of IT experience, preferably within financial services or retirement domains Relevant certifications in database and ETL technologies are a plus
