We are hiring Project Coordinators to oversee the day-to-day operations of our corporate-owned and franchise locations across NY and NJ. Looking ahead, we plan to diversify our F&B business by developing new brands and expanding into additional markets. To support this, we are building a new operations team that will systematically manage store-level standards and reliably translate our brand vision and systems into the field. Project Coordination Own individual projects assigned by the planning team from start to finish Follow up with project stakeholders, track progress, and report delays Manage communication between the planning team and internal/external contacts Research and recommend tools or systems that improve team efficiency 2. Research & Sourcing Research ingredients, raw materials, vendors, and suppliers — including pricing, comparison, and summary reporting Support menu development through ingredient sourcing and contact coordination Identify merchandise and goods opportunities aligned with our brand Communicate with wholesale partners and factories to obtain quotes and product information 3. Field Support Primarily office-based, with occasional kitchen or site visits (typically a few times per month) for pickups, deliveries, or on-site verification During active projects such as new store openings, on-site presence will be required for approximately 2 months Qualifications Fluent in both Korean and English (verbal and written) Authorized to work in the United States Valid U.S. driver's license and access to a personal vehicle Able to conduct independent research and present clear summaries Self-directed and capable of working without constant supervision Preferred Experience in F&B or hospitality industries Background in sourcing, purchasing, or vendor communication Exposure to branding or packaging workflows
